Common use of Licenses and Accreditations Clause in Contracts

Licenses and Accreditations. When it is a requirement of a position for an employee to have a license (e.g. driver’s license, security license) or an accreditation to perform the duties of the position, it is the Employee’s responsibility to maintain such license or accreditation and to notify OCH immediately of any suspension or loss.

Licenses and Accreditations. When it is a requirement of a position for an employee to have a license (e.g. driver’s license, security license) or an accreditation to perform the duties of the position, it is the Employee’s responsibility to maintain such license or accreditation and to notify OCH immediately of any suspension or loss. It is understood that the employer may obtain, on an annual basis, the driver’s abstract for any employee in a position which requires a driver’s license.
