Common use of Licenses and Consents Clause in Contracts

Licenses and Consents. ILSI, in connection with performance of its duties under this agreement, has obtained or will obtain all necessary or required governmental licenses and consents requisite for the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. No consent, approval, authorization or order of any court or governmental agency or body is required for the execution, delivery and performance by ILSI of or compliance by ILSI with this Agreement, or if required, such approval has been obtained prior to the date of this Agreement.
