Common use of Licenses and Consents Clause in Contracts

Licenses and Consents. MC has obtained all necessary or required governmental licenses, permits, approvals, and consents for the transactions contemplated by this Agreement. No consent, approval, authorization or order of any court or governmental agency or body is required for the execution, delivery and performance by MC of or compliance by MC with this Agreement, or if required, such approval has been obtained or will be obtained prior to the date of this Agreement.
