Licenses and Labor Controversies. (i) The Servicer has not failed to obtain any licenses, permits, franchises or other governmental authorizations necessary to the ownership of its properties or to the conduct of its business unless such failure could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect. (ii) There are no labor controversies pending against the Servicer that have had (or could be reasonably expected to have) a Material Adverse Effect.
