Licenses and Permits; Compliance with Law. Consultant represents and warrants that it has all licenses and permits necessary to conduct its business and perform its obligations under this Agreement, and agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state and local statutes, regulations, codes, ordinances and policies in performing its obligations under this Agreement.

Licenses and Permits; Compliance with Law. Consultant represents and warrants that it has all licenses and permits necessary to conduct its business and perform its obligations under this Agreement, and agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state and local statutes, regulations, codes, ordinances and policies (collectively, the “Laws”) in performing its obligations under this Agreement. Without limiting the foregoing, the Consultant specifically agrees to comply with all applicable Laws regarding non‐discrimination and affirmative action.
