Licenses and Third Party. 7.1 The SPI shall obtain and maintain all appropriate licences to use third party software to allow it to deliver the obligations of the Funding Agreement including the Deliverables. 7.2 Unless otherwise agreed in advance in writing with the ESFA, the SPI shall only use standard ‘off the shelf’ versions of any third party software.
