Licenses, Approvals, etc. Each of the Parent and its subsidiaries possesses or has been granted all Licenses, except for Licenses as to which the failure to possess, individually or in the aggregate, would not have a Parent Material Adverse Effect. Except as described in Section 4.2(f) of the Parent Disclosure Schedule, no Action (as defined herein) is pending or, to the knowledge of the Company, threatened seeking the revocation or limitation of any of the Licenses.
