The Contractor, or its designated subcontractor, shall possess applicable licenses, bonds, and insurance required to perform ACM abatement and removal activities of all ORM in the State/Locality in which work Contractor will perform work. Similarly, the Contractor or its designated subcontractor shall possess applicable licenses, bonds, and insurance to perform demolition work in the State/Locality in which work Contractor will perform work. Work shall not proceed until the COR accepts all permits and licenses and the KO accepts all payment and performance bonds and insurance documents, as stated in the MATOC or directed in the task order PWS.
