Licenses from Customer. Customer grants to Entrust a non-exclusive, nontransferable worldwide right to copy, store, record, transmit, display, view, print or otherwise use (i) Customer Data solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service to Customer, and (ii) any trademarks that Customer provides Entrust for the purpose of including them in Customer’s user interface of the Hosted Service (“Customer Trademarks”). Customer shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, reliability, appropriateness and copyright of all Customer Data.
