Common use of Licenses; Intellectual Property Clause in Contracts

Licenses; Intellectual Property. The Borrower shall obtain or maintain, as applicable, and cause each of the Restricted Subsidiaries to obtain or maintain, as applicable, in full force and effect, all licenses, franchises, Intellectual Property, permits, authorizations and other rights as are necessary for the conduct of its business and the failure of which to obtain or maintain could, individually or collectively, reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
