Common use of Licenses, Permits and Approvals Clause in Contracts

Licenses, Permits and Approvals. On or before Closing Date, Lender shall have received copies of the final, unconditional certificates of occupancy issued with respect to each of the Properties, together with all other applicable licenses (including, without limitation, each liquor license and beer permit), permits and approvals required for each Borrower to own, use, occupy, operate and maintain each of the Properties as a hotel.
