Common use of Licenses, Permits and Approvals Clause in Contracts

Licenses, Permits and Approvals. Except as otherwise provided for herein with respect to Site Acquisition, Microwave Relocation and Network Interconnection, any Applicable Permits (in connection with the Vendor's Work) required by any Government Entity relating to the manufacture, importation, safety or use of the Products, the System, any PCS System or any PCS Sub-System throughout the United States or in any state or any political sub-division thereof will be the sole responsibility of the Vendor. Prior to the commencement of any Work and/or other activities by the Vendor or any of its Subcontractors in connection with or pursuant to this Contract, upon request of the Owner the Vendor will furnish the Owner with evidence that such Applicable Permits have been obtained and are in full force and effect to the extent that Applicable Permits are necessary for the commencement or undertaking of such activities, and from time to time thereafter the Vendor, upon the reasonable request of the Owner, will provide such further evidence as the Owner will deem reasonably necessary.

Prior to the commencement of any Work and/or other activities by the Vendor or any of its Subcontractors in connection with or pursuant to this Contract, upon request of the Owner the Vendor will furnish the Owner with evidence that such Applicable Permits have been obtained and are in full force and effect to the extent that Applicable Permits are necessary for the commencement or undertaking of such activities, and from time to time thereafter the Vendor, upon the reasonable request of the Owner, will provide such further evidence as the Owner will deem reasonably necessary.
