Common use of Licenses, Permits and Certification Clause in Contracts

Licenses, Permits and Certification. (a) Management Company, as agent of Tenant, shall assist Tenant in its application for and maintenance, in Tenant’s name of all Licenses from all governmental agencies which have jurisdiction over the Tenant and operation of the Facility. (b) Neither Tenant nor Management Company shall knowingly take any action or fail to take any action which could reasonably be expected to cause a governmental authority having jurisdiction over the operation of the Facility to institute any proceeding to suspend, rescind or revoke any License.
