Common use of Licenses, Permits, Approvals, Etc Clause in Contracts

Licenses, Permits, Approvals, Etc. To the extent necessary and applicable, Borrower shall have received any and all necessary authorizations, approvals and consents from all applicable Governmental Authorities in respect of the borrowing by Borrower of the Loans hereunder, the Loan Documents and the transactions contemplated by any Loan Document; and Bank shall have also received copies of each authorization, license, permit, consent, order or approval of, or registration, declaration or filing with, any Governmental Authority or any securities exchange or other Person obtained or made by Borrower or any Loan Party in connection with the transactions contemplated by the Loan Documents and which is material to the financial condition of Borrower or any Loan Party or the conduct of its business or the transactions contemplated hereby or the Collateral.
