Licenses, Permits, Authorizations, etc. The Company has received all governmental approvals, authorizations, consents, licenses, orders, registrations and permits of all agencies, whether federal, state, local or foreign (“Permits”) related to the operation of the Company’s business. Schedule 5.16 contains a list of all Permits with expiration dates, if any. The Company is in compliance with the terms of all Permits, and all Permits are valid and in full force and effect, and no proceeding is pending or threatened, the object of which is to revoke, limit or otherwise affect any Permit. The Company has not received any notifications of any asserted failure to obtain any Permit.
