Licenses; Permits. Developer is solely responsible for obtaining any necessary licenses and permits for the work permitted under this XXX, including transportation and disposal of materials. The spoil (soil and water), if any, produced by Developer shall be stored, and disposed of, in strict compliance with local and federal laws. Prior to the removal of any non- hazardous materials and debris from the Property, Developer shall provide District written notice of the location to which the materials and debris are to be disposed.
