The Associated Software includes certain third-party software, hardware, and services, which may be subject to separate licenses or subscription or other agreements or may require that a Participant enter into such agreements with third-party vendors. The Participant shall execute such agreements as may be required for the use of such software, hardware or services, and to comply with the terms of any applicable license or other agreement relating to third-party products included in Associated Software.
