Licenses to Third Party Software. In addition to the terms and conditions of the Agreement and the other terms and conditions herein, any licenses to Third Party Software granted to Customer under the Agreement shall be subject to the Third Party Software Terms. Descartes represents and warrants that it has sufficient rights to grant Customer the license to the Third Party Software.
