Common use of LICENSING AND STANDARD COMPLIANCE Clause in Contracts

LICENSING AND STANDARD COMPLIANCE. The Sub-Recipient agrees to comply in full with all federal, state, tribal, and local statutes, regulations ordinances, guidelines, permits, requirements and other standards applicable to the service provided under this Agreement and will be solely responsible for obtaining information regarding the foregoing. The Sub-Recipient will maintain effective internal controls in managing the federal award. Liability resulting from the failure to comply with all federal, state, tribal and local statutes, regulations, ordinances, guidelines, permits, requirements and standards is assumed entirely by the Sub-Recipient.
