Licensing Requirement. Executive is presently licensed as a casino key employee (the “License”) by the Nevada Gaming Commission upon the recommendation of the state Gaming Control Board (collectively, the “Nevada Gaming Authorities”), pursuant to the provisions of applicable Nevada laws and regulations. Executive agrees, at the Company’s sole cost and expense, to cooperate with the Nevada Gaming Authorities to maintain the License in full force and effect and in good standing.
