Common use of Licensing Clause in Contracts

Licensing. LESSEE will hold all licenses, certificates and permits from applicable Government Entities in the U.S. for the conduct of its business as a certificated air carrier and performance of its obligations under this Lease. LESSEE will advise LESSOR promptly in the event any such licenses, certificates or permits are cancelled, terminated, revoked or not renewed.

Licensing. LESSEE will hold all licenses, certificates and permits from applicable Government Entities in the U.S. necessary for the conduct of its business as a certificated air carrier Certificated Air Carrier and performance of its obligations under this Lease. LESSEE will advise LESSOR promptly in the event any such licenses, certificates or permits are cancelled, terminated, revoked or not renewed.
