Licensor Cancellation. Licensor reserves the right to cancel or delay delivery or activation of any licenses granted hereunder, if OEM fails to make any payment when due hereunder, or otherwise fails to comply in all material respects with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and such failure is not remedied within 15 days after notice by Licensor.
