Licensor Clinical Trial Data. All Data arising from the Licensor Clinical Trial Activities, and all Data arising from preclinical and clinical Development activities related to the Lead Compound, shall be owned by Licensor, shall cease being the Confidential Information of Novartis, and shall constitute the Confidential Information of Licensor.
