Common use of Licensor Interference Clause in Contracts

Licensor Interference. Licensor reserves the right, but not the obligation, to maintain and operate its Municipal Facilities in such reasonable manner as will best enable Licensor to fulfill its own service requirements or obligations. However, Licensor agrees that Licensee and/or any other tenants, licensees, or users of the ROW who currently have or in the future take possession of space within the ROW will be permitted to install only such equipment that is of the type and frequency which will not cause harmful interference which is measurable in accordance with then existing industry standards to the then existing Equipment of Licensee.

Licensor Interference. However, Licensor additionally agrees that Licensee and/or any other tenants, licensees, or users of the ROW who currently have or in the future take possession of space within the ROW will be permitted to install only such equipment that is of the type and frequency which will not cause under conditions similar to those imposed on Licensee restricting future licenses from causing harmful interference which is measurable in accordance with then existing industry standards to the then existing Equipment of Licensee.
