Common use of Licensor Inventions Clause in Contracts

Licensor Inventions. Subject to any licenses granted to Licensee herein, Licensor shall own all Inventions having as inventors only employees, consultants or contractors of Licensor (“Licensor Inventions”). Licensor shall have written agreements in place with its employees, consultants, and contractors giving Licensor all rights and authority necessary to grant the license in Section 8.3(b).

Licensor Inventions. Licensor shall have written agreements in place with its employees, consultants, and contractors giving Licensor all rights and authority necessary to grant the license in Section 8.3(b7.3(b).
