Common use of Licensor Waiver of Subrogation Clause in Contracts

Licensor Waiver of Subrogation. Licensor shall include in each of its policies insuring against (a) loss, damage or destruction by fire or any other peril covering any owned property or (b) injuries to any employee or agent of Licensor, a waiver of the insurance carriers’ rights of subrogation against the Rangers. If such waiver is unobtainable from any of Licensor’s insurance carriers, Licensor shall obtain (i) an express agreement that such policy shall not be invalidated if Licensor waives or had waived the right of recovery against the Rangers, or (ii) any other form of permission of release of the Rangers.
