Common use of Licensor’s Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Licensor’s Confidential Information. Licensor’s “Confidential Information” means and refers to (i) the Software, (ii) the Documentation, (iii) information or materials related to Licensor’strade secrets, business plans, strategies, forecasts or forecast assumptions, operations, methods of doing business, records, finances, assets, technology, (iv) information or materials that reveal research, technology, practices, procedures, processes, methodologies, know how, or other systems or controls by which Licensor’s products, services, applications and methods of operations or doing business are developed, conducted or operated, and (v) all other materials furnished by Licensor that are expressly identified or marked by Licensor as “confidential” at the time of their delivery to Licensee.
