Licensor’s Grant of Rights to Third Parties. During the Term of this Agreement, Licensor shall retain the sole and absolute right to grant other non-exclusive licenses for some or all of the IP Rights, including the Marks, to other entities not affiliated with Licensee, and Licensor shall retain ownership of the IP Rights.
