Licensor’s Use of Marks. Subject to Section 2.03, Licensor shall not, and shall cause its Affiliates to not, use the Licensed Marks, the Excluded Marks or any trademark containing the term “Xxxxxx” or the Rowel Design within the field of the Retail Business during the Term.
