LICENSOR'S WARRANTIES AND REPRESENTATIONS. Licensor represents and warrants to Licensee that: (a) It has, and will have throughout the Term of this Agreement, the right to license the Licensed Property to Licensee in accordance with the terms and provisions of this Agreement; and (b) The making of this Agreement by Licensor does not violate any agreements, rights or obligations of any person, firm or corporation.
