Licensure/Certification of County Associates. Each of County’s Associates furnishing services under this Contract shall maintain in good standing at all times during this Contract, the necessary licenses or certifications required by State and Federal law or any Accreditation Organization to provide or arrange for the provision of Covered Services to Members.
