LIEN AND RIGHT TO WITHHOLD GRAIN. 10.1 Statutory Lien CBH has, in priority to all other claims, liens or security, a lien over any Grain received by it, in respect of any fees and charges payable to CBH in respect of that Grain and the Customer grants a security interest to CBH over the Customer’s Grain Entitlement and proceeds of sale thereof as security for the payment of all monies now or hereafter due and payable (on any account whatsoever) by the Customer to CBH and its Related Bodies Corporate.
