Common use of Lien Documents Clause in Contracts

Lien Documents. At Closing and thereafter as Lender deems necessary in its sole discretion, Borrower shall execute and deliver to Lender, or have executed and delivered (all in form and substance satisfactory to Lender in its sole discretion) any agreements, documents, instruments, and writings deemed necessary by Lender or as Lender may otherwise request from time to time in its sole discretion to evidence, perfect, or protect Lender's Lien and security interest in the Collateral required under this Agreement. Borrower hereby authorizes Lender to file one or more financing statements and amendments thereto describing the Collateral and describing any agricultural liens or other statutory liens held by Lender.
