Common use of Lien on Real Estate Clause in Contracts

Lien on Real Estate. The due and punctual payment and performance of the obligations shall also be secured by the Lien created by the Mortgages upon all Real Estate of Borrower and the other Obligors described therein. The Mortgages shall be executed by Borrower and the other Obligors in favor of Agent on or before the Closing Date and shall be duly recorded, at Borrower's expense, in each office where such recording is required to constitute a fully perfected Lien upon the Real Estate covered thereby.
