Lien Priority; Liens Under the Security Documents. Upon entry of the Interim DIP Order and the execution and delivery of the Security Documents in accordance therewith, the Liens granted and to be granted by any Credit Party to the Administrative Agent, constitute validly created, perfected and first priority Liens, subject only to Liens permitted under Section 10.2 and the relative lien priorities of such Liens as set forth in the DIP Order.
