Lien Priority on Collateral. The liens on the assets of Debtor shall be senior to the liens securing approximately $2,450,000 in Debentures issued by Debtor on or about of the date of this agreement.
Lien Priority on Collateral. The liens on the assets of Debtor shall be subordinate to the following liens: the liens securing the indebtedness payable to Bank of America, N.A. and the liens securing the indebtedness in the original principal sum of $600,000.00 payable to the order of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Ranch, Ltd. as evidenced by a Promissory Note dated on or about April 5, 2001.
