Lien Release Dividends. (a) Notwithstanding any provision contained in this Agreement to the contrary, provided there is neither an Unmatured Termination Event, a Termination Event nor a Servicer Termination Event, on a Lien Release Dividend Date, the Buyer may dividend to the Seller a portion of the Loans or portions thereof (the “Lien Release Dividend”), subject to the following terms and conditions:
