Lien Releases. Subject to the Borrower’s right to contest Liens as described in the definition of “Permitted Liens,” the Borrower shall have delivered (such delivery may be conditioned upon concurrent receipt of payment by the relevant Person) if applicable, to the Administrative Agent duly executed Lien waivers relating to mechanics’ and materialmen’s Liens, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
