Common use of Lien Search Clause in Contracts

Lien Search. The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a Lien search (including a search as to judgments, pending litigation and tax matters), in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, made against each Credit Party and ATX under the Uniform Commercial Code (or applicable judicial docket) as in effect in each relevant jurisdiction, indicating among other things that its assets are free and clear of any Lien except for Permitted Liens.

Lien Search. The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a Lien search (including a search as to judgments, pending litigation and tax matters), in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, ) made against each Credit Party the Borrower and ATX the Subsidiary Guarantors under the Uniform Commercial Code (or applicable judicial docket) as in effect in each relevant jurisdictionany state in which any of its assets are located, indicating among other things that its assets are free and clear of any Lien except for Permitted LiensLiens permitted hereunder.
