Common use of Lien Search Clause in Contracts

Lien Search. The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a Lien search (including a search as to judgments, pending litigation, bankruptcy, tax and intellectual property matters), in form and substance reasonably satisfactory thereto, made against the Borrower under the UCC (or applicable judicial docket) as in effect in each jurisdiction in which filings or recordations under the UCC should be made to evidence or perfect security interests in all assets of the Borrower, indicating among other things that the assets of the Borrower are free and clear of any Lien (except for Permitted Liens).

Lien Search. The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of a Lien search (including a search as to judgments, pending litigation, bankruptcy, tax and intellectual property matters), in form and substance reasonably satisfactory thereto, made against the Borrower Credit Parties under the UCC (or applicable judicial docket) as in effect in each jurisdiction in which filings or recordations under the UCC should be made to evidence or perfect security interests in all assets of the Borrowersuch Credit Party, indicating among other things that the assets of the Borrower each such Credit Party are free and clear of any Lien (except for Permitted Liens).
