Lien; Valid Assignment Prairie Center. (Loan No. 18) Taco ▇▇▇▇, a tenant occupying a building located on an outparcel (the “Taco ▇▇▇▇ Premises”), has a right of first refusal to purchase the Taco ▇▇▇▇ Premises if the borrower elects to sell only the Taco ▇▇▇▇ Premises to one or more of the members or managers comprising the borrower. The right of first refusal does not apply in connection with a foreclosure, deed-in-lieu of foreclosure or other transfer of title to the lender or its assignee in connection with the exercise of the lender’s remedies under the Mortgage Loan documents.
