Lien Waiver Forms. Lien waiver forms shall be obtained and approved by Contractor and may be required to be issued electronically through Textura or other software system. Further, lien waiver forms or other affidavits may be required to be provided to a title company or other escrow agent as reasonably requested by Contractor.
