Common use of LIENS AND OTHER SECURITY NOT AFFECTED Clause in Contracts

LIENS AND OTHER SECURITY NOT AFFECTED. Nothing herein contained shall prejudice or affect any lien to which the Bank is entitled or any other security which the Bank may at any time or from time to time hold for or on account of the monies hereby secured nor shall anything herein contained operate so as to merge or otherwise prejudice or affect any bill note guarantee mortgage or other security which the Bank may for the time being have for any money intended to be hereby or otherwise secured or any right or remedy of the Bank thereunder.
