LIENS, CLAIMS AND ENCUMBRANCES. Seller warrants and represents that all the Goods will be free and clear of all liens, claims and encumbrances of every kind. Seller shall indemnify Buyer for any claims resulting from any alleged breach of the foregoing warranty.
