Liens; Negative Pledge. (a) From and after the Effective Date, no member of the Restricted Group shall create, incur, assume or permit or suffer to exist any Lien on or with respect to any property of any kind owned by it, whether now owned or hereafter acquired, or any income or profits therefrom, except for any Permitted Liens.
