Common use of Liens on the Collateral Clause in Contracts

Liens on the Collateral. Effective immediately upon the Closing Date, and on each Loan Date, (a) no effective financing statement or other similar instrument covering any Collateral is on file in any recording office, and (b) no Lien covering any Vehicle constituting Collateral is noted on the Certificate of Title of such Vehicle or on file in any title recording office, in each case other than in favor of the Collateral Agent.
