Common use of Liens Searches Clause in Contracts

Liens Searches. The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of customary lien searches made with respect to the Loan Parties in the Covered Jurisdiction in which such Loan Party is organized or incorporated and with respect to such other locations and names of such Loan Party listed on the Information Certificate, together with copies of the Liens filings disclosed by such searches, in each case, to the extent such searches were requested in writing by the Administrative Agent (or its counsel) at least twenty (20) days prior to the Closing Date and to the extent such searches are available in the relevant Covered Jurisdiction.

The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of customary lien searches made with respect to the Loan Parties in the Covered Jurisdiction in which such Loan Party is organized or incorporated and with respect to such other locations and names of such Loan Party listed on the Information CertificateCertificate delivered on the date hereof, together with copies of the Liens filings disclosed by such searches, in each case, to the extent such searches were requested in writing by the Administrative Agent (or its counsel) at least twenty ten (2010) days prior to the Closing Second Amendment Effective Date and to the extent such searches are available in the relevant Covered Jurisdiction.

The Administrative Agent shall have received the results of customary lien searches made with respect to the Loan Parties in the Covered Jurisdiction in which such Loan Party is organized or incorporated and with respect to such other locations and names of 182 such Loan Party listed on the Information Certificate, together with copies of the Liens filings disclosed by such searches, in each case, to the extent such searches were requested in writing by the Administrative Agent (or its counsel) at least twenty (20) days prior to the Closing Date and to the extent such searches are available in the relevant Covered Jurisdiction.
