Common use of Liens securing Non Clause in Contracts

Liens securing Non. Recourse Debt of a Non-Recourse Subsidiary on the assets (and the income and proceeds therefrom) of such Non-Recourse Subsidiary that are not owned by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries on the Closing Date and that are acquired, developed, operated and/or constructed with the proceeds of (i) such Non-Recourse Debt or investments in such Non-Recourse Subsidiary or (ii) Non-Recourse Debt or investments referred to in clause (i) refinanced in whole or in part by such Non-Recourse Debt;

Liens securing Non. Recourse Debt of a Non-Recourse Subsidiary on the assets (and the income and proceeds therefrom) of such Non-Recourse Subsidiary that are not owned by the Borrower WPZ or any of its Subsidiaries on the Closing Date and that are acquired, developed, operated and/or constructed with the proceeds of (i) such Non-Recourse Debt or investments in such Non-Recourse Subsidiary or (ii) Non-Recourse Debt or investments referred to in clause (i) refinanced in whole or in part by such Non-Recourse Debt;; and

Liens securing Non. Recourse Debt of a Non-Recourse Subsidiary on the assets (and the income and proceeds therefrom) of such Non-Recourse Subsidiary that are not owned by the Borrower WPZ or any of its Subsidiaries on the Closing Date and that are acquired, developed, operated and/or constructed with the proceeds of (i) such Non-Recourse Debt or investments in such Non-Recourse Subsidiary or (ii) Non-Recourse Debt or investments referred to in clause (i) refinanced in whole or in part by such Non-Recourse Debt;

Liens securing Non. Recourse Debt of a Non-Recourse Subsidiary on the assets (and the income and proceeds therefrom) of such Non-Recourse Subsidiary that are not owned by the Borrower TWC or any of its Subsidiaries on the Closing Effective Date and that are acquired, developed, operated and/or constructed with the proceeds of (i) such Non-Recourse Debt or investments in such Non-Recourse Subsidiary or (ii) Non-Recourse Debt or investments referred to in clause (i) refinanced in whole or in part by such Non-Recourse Debt;

Liens securing Non. Recourse Debt of a Non-Recourse Subsidiary on the assets (and the income and proceeds therefrom) of such Non-Recourse Subsidiary that are not owned by the Borrower WPZ or any of its Subsidiaries on the Closing Effective Date and that are acquired, developed, operated and/or constructed with the proceeds of (i) such Non-Recourse Debt or investments in such Non-Recourse Subsidiary or (ii) Non-Recourse Debt or investments referred to in clause (i) refinanced in whole or in part by such Non-Recourse Debt;
