Common use of Liens securing Non Clause in Contracts

Liens securing Non. Recourse Indebtedness; provided, however, that the related Non-Recourse Indebtedness shall not be secured by any property or assets of the Company or any Restricted Subsidiary other than the property and assets acquired by the Company with the proceeds of such Non-Recourse Indebtedness.
