Lifting of Suspension. Suspension shall be lifted upon receipt of payment for the fees due plus penalty charges, subject to clearing of checks. MediCard shall not be liable for any claims incurred during the Suspension even after lifting of suspension. COMPANY/MEMBER is given three (3) days after the end of the 30-day grace period to reactivate the Agreement. Otherwise, COMPANY/MEMBER’s benefits under this Agreement shall be deemed forfeited in favor of MediCard.
