Lifting Schedule. 1. The Operating Committee shall approve a Lifting Schedule, not later than ninety (90) days prior to January 1 and July 1 of each Civil Year following the commencement of Production under the approved Production Plan, and furnish in writing to Sonangol and Contractor a forecast setting out the total quantity of Petroleum that the Operating Committee estimates can be produced, saved, transported and lifted hereunder during each of the next four (4) Quarters in accordance with sound practices generally accepted in the international petroleum industry. 2. Contractor shall endeavour to produce in each Quarter the quantity of Petroleum forecast in the Production Plan. 3. The Crude Oil shall be run to storage tanks built, maintained and operated by Contractor offshore, and shall be metered or otherwise measured as required to meet the purposes of this Agreement and the Law.

Lifting Schedule. On or before the 15th day of each month CCC shall notify WPC of its nomination for Product volume to be lifted during the following month. The two (2) day lifting window shall be finalized three (3) days prior to the beginning of the proposed two (2) day window unless otherwise agreed. WPC shall notify CCC daily of the position of the barges in service and the estimated time of arrival for barges at the loading and discharge ports.

APETRA guarantees that it will require the Liftor to spread Lifting if possible. The Contracting party and the Liftor may agree between themselves how Lifting occurs, whether all at once or phased Lifting. The Liftor must respect the normal access and safety requirements of the Storage facility; the Contracting party has the right to refuse Lifting if the Liftor refuses to respect these requirements. 3. Lifting must occur within - 60 days after the Exercise of Option for a Disposition Right covered by a Reserved Stock of

Lifting must occur within - 60 days after the Exercise of Option for a Disposition Right covered by a Reserved Stock of finished petroleum product or blending components and - 90 days after the Exercise of Option for a Disposition Right covered by a Reserved Stock of semi-finished petroleum product or crude oil, on the understanding that Lifting may also occur after that date if and to the extent that the Reservation Period has not yet expired. 4. APETRA shall provide the Contracting party as soon as possible with the Lifting Schedule 5. The practical arrangements for Lifting, including the designation of the means of transport, shall be agreed between the Contracting party and the Liftor. APETRA and, to the extent applicable, the Command, always receive a copy of any correspondence between the Contracting party and the Liftor.
